- Cooking: 30 mins
- Serves: 4
What you need:
- 2tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 red chilli, deseeded and chopped

What you do:
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion and chilli for 8-10minutes until softened.
