Stir-fried pork fillet with ramen noodles & chilli sesame yaki sauce

Yaki sauces can be used just like regular stir-fry sauces to prepare quick, delicious and healthy Japanese meals that are suitable for the whole family to enjoy!

  • Preparation: 10 mins
  • Cooking: 10 mins
  • Serves: 2

What you need:

  • 1 jar Blue Dragon Chilli and Sesame Yaki Sauce
  • 250g Blue Dragon Ramen Noodles (cooked until al dente and refreshed under cold water)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 250g pork fillet (cut into thin strips)
  • 1 tsp chopped red chilli
  • ½ red pepper
  • ½ green pepper
  • 50g baby spinach
  • 2 spring onions (trimmed and cut into 2.5cm lengths)
  • toasted sesame seeds to garnish

What you do:

  1. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan
  2. Add the pork and brown on all sides, then add the chilli and remaining vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes
  3. Add Blue Dragon Chilli and Sesame Yaki Sauce and Blue Dragon Ramen Noodles and heat through
  4. Serve immediately

Did you know the Japanese word "Yaki" translates to grill or pan-fry!
