Chicken tikka pitta pockets
These are a perfect alternative to a tradtional sandwich for kids during the summer holidays!

What you need:
- 2 Mission Wheat and White pitta breads
- 100g ready cooked chicken tikka
- Iceberg lettuce
- Handful baby plum tomatoes, halved
- Cucumber, sliced
What you do:
- Sprinkle a little water on the pitta breads, warm through and spilt.
- Fill with the chicken, a handful of lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber slices.
- Spread a little mayonnaise over the inside of the pitta bread if desired.
