Chicken & cranberry bites
With Christmas fast approaching what better way to prepare a quick and easy dinner than using the UK's number one cream cheese, Philadelphia.
- Preparation: 10 mins

- Serves: 12
What you need:
- 375 g pack ready rolled flaky pastry
- 150 g Philadelphia Light
- 100 g cranberry sauce
- 250 g cooked chicken or turkey, cut into pieces
What you do:
- Cut the flaky pastry into 24 squares and place on non-stick baking trays.
- Spoon the Philly onto the pastry squares and top with the cranberry sauce and chicken pieces.
- Cook for 10 - 15 minutes in a pre-heated oven, 220°C, 425°F, Gas Mark 7 or until the pastry is golden brown. Leave to cool slightly and serve warm.
