Roast beef & horseradish cream canapes

Delicious roast beef canapes, perfect for the buffet table

What you need:

Aunt Bessie's Bite Size Yorkshire Puddings
Sliced roast beef
Creme fraiche
Horseradish cream

What you do:

Mix the creme fraiche with the horseradish cream and season to taste.
Re-heat the Yorkshire Puddings as per the on pack instructions.
Spoon a little of the horseradish creme fraiche into the well of each of the Yorkshire Puddings.
Top with a slice of roast beef.
