Coffee ice cream

This delicious dessert couldn't be easier to make - a great way to impress dinner guests over the summer time!

Preparation: 10 mins

What you need:

1 tin condensed milk
600ml double cream
Double shot of brandy
5 tsp Douwe Egberts Instant coffee (Pure Smooth), diluted with 1 tbsp hot water

What you do:

Lightly whip the cream using a hand whisk until slightly thickened and aerated.
Combine the cream with the brandy, condensed milk and Douwe Egberts coffee.
Pour into a plastic container and place in the freezer overnight.
Serve in coffee cups.
