Cranberry & blackcurrant ice cream
Both adults and kids will love this delicious Cranberry Ice Cream!
Serves: 6-8
What you need:
- 450ml Ocean Spray Original Cranberry Chilled juice drink
- 300ml double cream, lightly beaten
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 150g caster sugar
What you do:
- Mix everything together then churn in the ice-cream machine till firm.
- Scoop into containers, cover and freeze.
