Breaded chicken sandwich with sweet chilli sauce

Craving a juicy chicken sandwich but nowhere near a takeaway? This one is simply delicious with sweet chilli sauce to give it an extra kick

Serves: 2

What you need:

  • 2 breaded chicken fillet breasts
  • 345g Blue Dragon Thai Sweet Chilli (Hot) Squeezy Sauce
  • Selection of shredded mixed lettuce leaves
  • 2 fresh rolls - preferably Ciabatta

What you do:

  1. Cook the chicken as per manufacturers recommendations
  2. Arrange the mixed salad leaves on the base of the bread roll
  3. Place the hot cooked chicken on top of the mixed salad leaves
  4. Drizzle 2 tbsp of Blue Dragon Thai Sweet Chilli (Hot) Squeezy Sauce
  5. over the top of the chicken
  6. Place the bread on top and serve
