Smoked salmon & lemon creme fraiche canapes

Delicious smoked salmon canapes, perfect for entertaining

What you need:

Aunt Bessie's Bite Size Yorkshire Puddings
Smoked salmon, sliced
Creme Fraiche
1 lemon, zest and juice
Sprigs of dill

What you do:

Mix the creme fraiche and the lemon juice and zest, and season to taste.
Re-heat the Bite Size Yorkshire Puddings as per on pack instructions.
Spoon a little of the lemon creme fraiche into the well of each of the Yorkshire Puddings.
Top with a slice of smoked salmon and garnish with a sprig of dill.
