Christmas pudding ice cream
Whip up a festive ice cream treat with Kelly’s indulgent Christmas pudding ice cream
- Serves: 6
What you need:
- 300g Christmas pudding
- 1ltr tub Kelly’s Clotted Cream Cornish Ice Cream
What you do:
- Cook the Christmas pudding as per instructions.
- Turn out on to a plate and cool. Break into rough 2cm pieces then stir into the ice cream. Serve, with a little additional splash of brandy.
