Bramley apple & ginger tiramisu

A delicious chocolate and ginger dessert, mouth-wateringly topped off with a large dollop stewed apples and extra thick cream.

Preparation: 5 mins
Serves: 4

What you need:

8 thin slices of ginger cake
1 full quantity stewed Bramley Apples
200g tub of extra thick double cream
2 Chocolate flake bars, cumbled

What you do:

Spoon a little of the apple puree into the base of 4 glass bowls, top with a slice of giner cake, then more apple, add a spoon or two of cream and chocolate flakes.
Repeat the layers and enjoy.
