Celericious, radish, apple and blue cheese salad

Now this is a salad with real bite. There's the flavoursome bite of blue cheese and radish and the crunchy bite of Celericous blended with sweet apple.

• Serves: 2

What you need:

• 3 sticks Celericious
• 1 Pink Lady apple
• 4 radishes
• 150g Dolcelatte Cheese
• 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1/2 tbsp red wine vinegar

What you do:

1. Slice all the vegetables and break the cheese into chunks.
2. Combine them in a large bowl with the walnuts, oil and vinegar, season well and toss.
3. Spread over a large plate and serve.
