Celericious & Parma ham wraps

Perfect for parties - guests probably won't have seen these before and they're in for a delicious surprise!

• Preparation: 10 mins
• Cooking: 20 mins
• Serves: 6

What you need:

• 1 bunch of Celericious, washed and cut into 15cm sticks
• 200g cream cheese with herbs
• 12 slices of parma ham

What you do:

1. Preheat the oven to 190C/375F/Gas 5.
2. Fill the celery sticks with the cheese.
3. Place each slice of parma ham between 2 layers of cling film or greaseproof paper and roll firmly with a rolling pin to flatten them out.
4. Wrap each slice round a filled celery stick, and place the wraps on a baking tray.
5. Bake for 20 minutes, and serve hot.
