Shaken & Stirred's Freixenet Guido

A delicious cocktail, created by the expert mixologist at Shaken & Stirred, Oxford, using the nations favourite sparkling wine brand, to add sparkle and fizz to Bonfire Night.

  • Serves: 1

What you need:

  • 35ml American Whiskey
  • 50ml Sour cherry juice (available in most large supermarkets)
  • 20ml Almond Syrup (maple syrup is a good alternative)
  • Squeeze lime
  • Freixenet Cordon Negro

What you do:

  1. Simply put the first four ingredients in a highball glass
  2. Stir
  3. Add ice
  4. Top with Freixenet Cordon Negro
  5. Garnish with a black cherry
