Shaken & Stirred's Freixenet Guido

A delicious cocktail, created by the expert mixologist at Shaken & Stirred, Oxford, using the nations favourite sparkling wine brand, to add sparkle and fizz to Bonfire Night.

Serves: 1

What you need:

35ml American Whiskey
50ml Sour cherry juice (available in most large supermarkets)
20ml Almond Syrup (maple syrup is a good alternative)
Squeeze lime
Freixenet Cordon Negro

What you do:

Simply put the first four ingredients in a highball glass
Stir
Add ice
Top with Freixenet Cordon Negro
Garnish with a black cherry
