If you're looking for a really easy dessert to impress friends and family or need something sweet and special for a party, then try these delicious pastry cases

What you need:

  • 1 Pack of Jus-Rol Medium Pastry Cases
  • Small tub of Mascarpone
  • Chocolate or Hazelnut spread
  • Raspberries to garnish

What you do:

  1. Bake the Pastry Cases as per the packaging instructions & allow to cool.
  2. Gently fold together equal quantities of Mascarpone and chocolate spread and spoon into the pastry cases.
