Galileo wrap

Galileo wrap

Galileo is super sweet and dreamy and a naughty but nice Bohemian which is reflected in this rocky road wrap comprising chocolate, marshmallows, cherries, golden syrup and digestive biscuits.

  • Preparation: 20 mins
  • Serves: 1

What you need:

  • 200g bitter chocolate
  • 100g milk chocolate
  • 8 Digestive biscuits (120g) crushed lightly
  • 60g semi dried cherries
  • 50g sunflower seeds
  • 60g semi dried cranberries
  • 50g baby marshmallows
  • 2 tbsp golden syrup
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Mission Deli Wrap

What you do:

  1. Melt the chocolate over a pan of simmering water.
  2. When melted add the golden syrup and olive oil. Mix well, and then pour over the rest of the dried ingredients. Carefully mix together.
  3. Lay a wrap on a chopping board and fill with a quarter of the mixture.
  4. Fold up in the normal way, then wrap in cling film nice and tightly.
  5. Chill for 2 hours, and then slice in diagonal 1cm thick slices.
