Killer Queen wrap

Our Killer Queen wrap has a fiery character with hot chilli and spicy chorizo with humous, rocket and roasted red peppers.

• Preparation: 10 mins
• Cooking: 3-4 mins
• Serves: 4

What you need:

• A drizzle of oil
• 2 fresh chorizo sausages
• 4 tbsp humous
• 1 red chilli, finely sliced
• 55g rocket leaves
• 3 roasted red peppers, sliced
• 4 Mission wraps

What you do:

1. Heat the oil in a pan and add the chorizo
2. Pan until lightly browned
3. Mix together the humous and red chilli
4. Spread the 4 warps with humous, sprinkle over the rocket and top with the red peppers and chorizo
5. Wrap and roll and cut in half
