Beef Burgers with tarragon mustard

Give a traditional beef burger some extra punch with Tracklements' delicious tarragon mustard

What you need:

  • 100g onions, chopped
  • 600g minced beef
  • 4 tbsp Tracklements Tarragon Mustard
  • 10g butter
  • I clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp white ground pepper
  • 1 dsp white breadcrumbs
  • A little olive oil

What you do:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan and cook the onions on a medium heat until soft and transparent in colour. When cooked, place in a bowl along with all the ingredients and mix well.
  2. Leave to rest in the fridge for 1 hour, then using your hands, shape into burgers and place onto a slightly oiled tray.
  3. Either grill, oven roast or panfry the beef burgers until cooked through. Serve with crisp green salad and a crusty roll.
