Green Thai prawn curry (Geng Khiao Wan Goong)

Green Thai prawn curry (Geng Khiao Wan Goong)

A traditional Thai green curry, but it only takes minutes to make

  • Serves: 4

What you need:

  • 1 jar Blue Dragon Thai Green Cooking Sauce
  • 300g prawns, peeled
  • 1 yellow pepper, sliced into chunks
  • 1 red pepper sliced into chunks
  • 1/2 lime juiced
  • Coriander to garnish
  • Blue Dragon Coconut Cream, to garnish (optional)

What you do:

  1. Heat the Blue Dragon Thai Green Cooking Sauce for 2-3 minutes in a saucepan or until hot. Add the pepper and cook for 3 minutes.
  2. Add the prawns and cook until pink and cooked through (approximately 3-4 minutes)
  3. Finish by adding the juice of half a lime and garnish with coriander and swirls of Blue Dragon Coconut Cream. Serve with Jasmine Rice.

Cook's tip:

Instead of prawns, why not try chicken or mixed vegetables - aubergines, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and even peas make delicious additions to this sauce.
