Wholemeal salmon wrapbreads

A delicious and healthy alternative to the boring sandwich

What you need:

  • 1 pack Discovery Wholemeal Wrapbreads
  • 1 pack Smoked Salmon
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 pack Low fat Cream Cheese
  • 1 bag Fresh rocket or spinach

What you do:

  1. Generously spread the soft Discovery Wrapbreads with the cream cheese.
  2. Cover with a layer of Smoked Salmon, a squib of lemon juice and finish with cracked black pepper.
  3. Roll up each of the Wrapbreads and slice in half.
  4. Accompany with a garnish of rocket or fresh spinach.
