With a taste that's more refreshing than soda water, Perrier's rich bubbles soften the bite of the alcohol making it the final piece of the puzzle to complete your perfect summer's cocktail party.

  • Serves: 1

What you need:

  • 50 ml Gin
  • 25 ml Fresh Lemon
  • 25 ml Elderflower Cordial
  • 6 mint leaves
  • Perrier mineral water

What you do:

  1. Shake all ingredients together before pouring them into a highball glass filled with ice.
  2. Top with Perrier and garnish with a mint sprig and lemon wedge.
