Movember Rain Cocktail

Movember Rain Cocktail

The fruity twist of raspberries and pineapple combine to create this well-balanced drink packed with flavour

  • Preparation: 5 mins
  • Serves: 1

What you need:

  • 35ml Finlandia Grapefruit fusion
  • 15ml Chambord
  • Five raspberries
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • Dash of simple syrup
  • 40ml pineapple juice
  • Garnish: Mint leaf and raspberry

What you do:

  1. Add Finlandia Grapefruit Fusion and Chambord to a cocktail shaker, along with the pineapple juice.
  2. Shake ingredients to mix.
  3. Add the lemon juice, simple syrup, five raspberries and strain into a highball cocktail glass.
  4. Complete the cocktail with one mint leaf and two raspberries.
  5. Serve in a chilled high-ball glass for best results.
