Cranberry & blackcurrant ice cream

Both adults and kids will love this delicious Cranberry Ice Cream!

Serves: 6-8

What you need:

450ml Ocean Spray Original Cranberry Chilled juice drink
300ml double cream, lightly beaten
juice of 1/2 lemon
150g caster sugar

What you do:

Mix everything together then churn in the ice-cream machine till firm.
Scoop into containers, cover and freeze.
