Chorizo & mozzarella quesadillas

Chorizo & mozzarella quesadillas

Throw a Mexican party just so you can share out these lovely cheesy quesadillas with a spicy chorizo kick

What you need:

  • Oil for greasing pan
  • 1 pack Discovery Flour Tortillas
  • 200g Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 x 70g pack chorizo slices
  • 4 tablespoons of Discovery Salsa

(Not suitable for vegetarians)

What you do:

  1. Lightly grease a frying pan and put on the hob to heat up.
  2. When hot, place a flour tortilla in the pan, top with a quarter of the cheese, one tablespoon of Discovery Salsa and a quarter of the chorizo slices, and lay another tortilla on top.
  3. Cook on both sides until browned and the cheese is melted.
  4. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  5. Cut quesadillas into wedges and serve immediately.
