Hearty chicken bite

Make your dad happy on Father's Day by presenting him with this delicious baguette while he's watching the footie!

Preparation: 10 mins
Cooking: 15 mins

What you need:

  • Chicken boneless, skinless.
  • 60ml HP Sauce.
  • One tablespoon or 15ml honey.
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 1 yellow and 1 red pepper, sliced
  • Mushrooms
  • Quarter of a baguette

What you do:

  1. Grill the chicken for around 7 minutes until its firm to the touch and is cooked through.
  2. Grill the sliced onion along with the red and yellow peppers and mushrooms. Drizzle over with the sauce and honey.
  3. Then grill the baguette stick your chicken in and sprinkle the veg on top.
