Breaded chicken goujons
A fun summer recipe
What you need:
- 4 slices of Warburtons White Plus Milk and Calcium, crusts removed
- 50g sesame seeds
- 4 skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
- 2 medium eggs, beaten
- Olive oil spray
What you do:
- Using a food processor, blend the bread to fine breadcrumbs
- Mix breadcrumbs and sesame seeds and spread over a large baking tray
- Dip the chicken in the beaten egg & coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture
- Lay the chicken on a lightly greased baking sheet and place in the fridge for 30mins
- Spray chicken with the olive oil spray and oven cook for 10-15 minutes at 200°c/Gas mark 6.
- Serve with tzatziki, guacamole or tomato salsa
