Ivy Citrus Fizz

Ivy Citrus Fizz

A light, refreshing summery flavour with a zesty twist. Grapefruit vodka shaken with honey and a twist of lime, topped with Orangina Tropical. Served with a sprig of mint - sunshine in a glass.

  • Serves: 1

What you need:

  • 50ml grapefruit vodka
  • 20ml fresh lime juice
  • 10ml honey syrup
  • 10ml sugar syrup
  • 1 sprig of mint
  • 75ml Orangina Tropical

What you do:

  1. Shake all ingredients apart from the Orangina Tropical and strain over crushed ice in a large (14oz) sling glass. Top with Orangina Tropical and crown with crushed ice before garnishing with a large grapefruit twist and a sprig of fresh mint.
