Entente cordiale

Dark and decadent, this hearty Mediterranean cocktail is packed full of flavour with a tropical twist. Cognac shaken with Cointreau, wildflower honey, lemon and angostura bitters, served in a tall glass and topped with Orangina Tropical.

  • Serves: 1

What you need:

  • 35ml Cognac
  • 15ml Cointreau
  • 10ml Honey syrup
  • 15ml Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 100ml Orangina Tropical

What you do:

  1. Simply shake all ingredients together, apart from Orangina Tropical and strain into a 12oz highball glass. Top with Orangina Tropical and garnish with a fresh orange slice.
