Winter Martini

Winter Martini

A vodka martini's a classic drink and this one's shaken then stirred to perfection!

What you need:

  • 50ml Ketel One Vodka (chilled)
  • 15ml Elderflower cordial champagne (or cava)
  • lime peel or ruby currants 3 units per serve

What you do:

  1. Fill the shaker with ice and stir in the vodka and elderflower cordial.  
  2. Stir (not shake) in both directions at least twenty times.
  3. Strain into a chilled martini glass, top with champagne and garnish with lime peel or a string of ruby currants.
