Winter Martini
A vodka martini's a classic drink and this one's shaken then stirred to perfection!
What you need:
- 50ml Ketel One Vodka (chilled)
- 15ml Elderflower cordial champagne (or cava)
- lime peel or ruby currants 3 units per serve
What you do:
- Fill the shaker with ice and stir in the vodka and elderflower cordial.
- Stir (not shake) in both directions at least twenty times.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass, top with champagne and garnish with lime peel or a string of ruby currants.

Ketel One Vodka is produced at the Nolet Distillery in Schiedam, Holland and handcrafted to the same standards devised more than 300 years ago by the Distillery’s founder Joannes Nolet. Ketel One and Ketel One Citroen are available in 50ml, 375ml, 750ml, 1L and 1.75L.
