Snow-swept Christmas cocktail
The makers of Tanqueray gin have teamed up with the country's leading bars to produce exciting Christmas cocktails. This one's been created by Booly Mardy's, Glasgow
Alcohol: 2.8 units
What you need:
- 35ml Tanqueray Gin
- 20ml port
- 12.5ml gomme
- Special Christmas ingredient - wedge of orange and Cloves
- 50ml double cream
- 10ml nut liqueur
- Special Christmas ingredient - sprinkle with cinnamon
What you do:
- Booly Mardy's is a two part cocktail, first of all, shake ingredients and strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Then to make the cream layer whip together the nut liqueur and cream and pour a thin layer over the back of the spoon into a martini glass.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
