Red Rose cocktail

The makers of Tanqueray gin have teamed up with some of the country's leading style bars to produce a range of Valentine's themed cocktails for the special day. This one's from Balmoral Bar, Edinburgh, EH11 2EG

Alcohol units: 3

What you need:

  • 50 ml Tanqueray gin
  • 15 ml elderflower liqueur
  • 25 ml freshly pureed strawberries
  • 2 freshly squeezed wedges of lime
  • Pink champagne

What you do:

  1. In a glass add Tanqueray Gin, elderflower liqueur, strawberries and squeezed wedges of lime.
  2. Shake all ingredients and pour into a chilled champagne glass, top with pink champagne.
  3. Garnish with a red rose petal.
