Raspberry Collins

The raspberries perfectly complement the aromatic and piney juniper botanicals which lie at the heart of Tanqueray Gin

Alcohol units: 2.2

What you need:

  • Tall glass
  • 50ml Tanqueray Gin
  • 12 fresh raspberries
  • Lemon juice
  • Plain sugar
  • Soda water
  • Slice of lemon to garnish

What you do:

  1. In a tall glass, pour 50ml of Tanqueray Gin over ice.
  2. Mash 10 fresh raspberries, a dash of lemon and plain sugar.
  3. Top with soda water.
  4. Stir well and garnish with a slice of lemon and fresh raspberries.
