Dried Gin Figzz cocktail

The makers of Tanqueray gin have teamed up with the country's leading bars to produce exciting Christmas cocktails. This one's been created by Andaz Hotel, Liverpool Street, London

Alcohol units: 1.8

What you need:

  • 30 ml Tanqueray gin
  • 25 ml pomegranate juice
  • 7.5 ml lemon juice
  • 7.5 sugar syrup
  • Special Christmas ingredient - 12.5 ml of fig liquor

What you do:

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, pour in ingredients and shake well.
  2. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with six to eight pomegranate pips which will sink to the bottom.
