Honey cornflakes orange & lemon trees

Zesty, chocolatey and delicious, these honey cornflakes orange and lemon trees are easy to make and the whole family will love them

Preparation: 10-15 minutes
Refrigeration: 15 minutes
Plus extra time for decoration
Makes: 8 trees

What you need:

  • 75g Kellogg's Corn Flakes Honey (kept whole)
  • 150g milk chocolate
  • ½tsp cinnamon or ginger (to taste)
  • Decoration
  • Pieces of candied orange and lemon peel
  • Triangles of candied angelica

What you do:

  1. Have 8 foil bun cases ready for filling on a tray.
  2. Gently melt milk chocolate in a bowl over a small saucepan of simmering water. Remove from heat and stir in Kellogg's Corn Flakes Honey. Carefully mix until completely covered in chocolate.
  3. Using one teaspoonful at a time, carefully fill bun cases by stacking the mixture to form a cone shape. Fill all the cases and place tray in the refrigerator to set, this should take about 15 minutes.
  4. Take out of the refrigerator and arrange pieces of candied orange and lemon peel and a few triangles of candied.
