Eton yoghurt mess
Imagine the look on your guests' faces when they see these delicious desserts, and they're really easy to make too!
What you need:
- 6 meringue shells, crushed
- 8oz raspberries
- 12 oz natural yoghurt
- 1 jar English Provender Co. Very Lazy Raspberry Coulis
- 2tbsp chopped pistachios
What you do:
- Use tall glasses if possible, if not, large martini glasses.
- Put a few raspberries in the bottom, and layer over spoonfuls of Very Lazy Raspberry Coulis, yoghurt and crushed meringues.
- Then repeat these layers again until it is almost to the top of the glass.
- Finish with raspberries and sprinkle with pistachios.
- Chill and serve.
