Rich chocolate & orange puddings
This rich chocolate dessert will literally make your mouth water as you're preparing it - so it's lucky it only takes 15 minutes!
Serves: 4
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 12-14 minutes
What you need:
- 1 220g jar of English Provender Co Very Lazy Belgian Chocolate Sauce
- 50g butter
- 25g self raising flour
- grated rind of 1 orange
- 2 eggs
To decorate:
- 1 orange, rind removed and segmented
What you do:
- Preheat the oven to 200 C/ 400 F/ Gas 6.
- Use a knob of the butter to grease four small ramekin dishes
- Beat the eggs in a bowl then fold in flour, orange rind and all but one tablespoon of the chocolate sauce.
- Spoon into the prepared ramekin dishes and cook for 12-15 minutes or until the puddings have risen well and are just set.
- Remove from the oven and allow to stand for 2 minutes.
- To serve, turn the puddings out onto a serving plate. Dust with icing sugar, decorate with orange segments and rind and spoon over the remaining Very Lazy Belgian Chocolate Sauce.
