Steak baguette with caramelised red onion relish
Love steak? Make this easy, filling baguette in under 10 minutes with a delicious red onion relish to add sweetness
Serves: 1
What you need:
- 1 x sirloin steak
- Tracklements Caramelised Red Onion Relish
- Salad leaves
- Rustic baguette
What you do:
- Grill the steak for three minutes on each side for medium rare. Cook for longer if you prefer.
- Slice the baguette and lightly toast the outsides.
- Add salad leaves, the steak and a good amount of Caramelised Red Onion Relish to create the perfect snack or light meal.
