Sizzling balti steak with fresh ginger

What you need:

• 1 - 2 tbsp Patak's Balti Curry Paste
• few sprays 1 calorie oil
• 2 tbsp fresh ginger, sliced
• 1 small red onion, sliced
• 3 tomatoes, chopped
• 275g trimmed fillet steak, cut into thin slices
• 2 - 4 tbsp water
• 2 x 250g pouches Patak's Microwave Pilau Rice
• few sprigs of fresh coriander to garnish

What you do:

1. Heat a wok or large non-stick frying pan. Add the oil and ginger and stir fry for 1 minute. Add the Patak's Balti Curry Paste and 1 tbsp water and cook for a further 2 minutes, stirring well.
2. Add the onion and tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes. Add the beef and stir-fry for 2 minutes or until it is sealed, adding the remaining water to create a sauce.
3. Cook the Patak's Microwave Pilau Rice as directed on the pack and spoon into dishes. Spoon the steak over the rice and garnish with coriander.
