Baby clams with chilli & spaghetti
A delicious, fishy, pasta dish - perfect for all the family

What you need:
- 250g John West baby clams, drained and juice reserved
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves chopped garlic
- 1 red chilli, deseeded and chopped
- 3 tbsp shredded basil
- 200g cherry tomatoes, halved
- Splash white wine
- 110g spaghetti, cooked to al dente
What you do:
- Saute the garlic in the olive oil
- Add the chilli, basil, tomatoes and white wine and cook until reduced
- Stir in the baby clams and season to taste
- Toss the mixture with the cooked spaghetti and serve immediately
Cook's tip:
