Pigs in blankets

These little sausages wrapped in bacon are as traditional at Christmas dinner as turkey, but this recipe has a fruity little twist!

What you need:

4 tbsp Sharwood's Mango Chutney
36 cocktail sausages
18 rashers smoked streaky bacon

What you do:

Preheat the oven to 180°C/gas 4.
Using the back of a knife, stretch each bacon rasher out on a board - this will stop them shrinking as they cook.
Roll a rasher of bacon around a sausage. Place them on a non-stick baking tray.
Pour the chutney over the sausages in a bowl and toss well.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning them once and basting at the same time, until brown and piping hot.
