The competition:

Britain's home cooks have really got talent when it comes to cooking Quality Standard beef and lamb. Our plan is to find the best of the best - your own original, Quality Standard beef and lamb recipes. Furthermore, we are going to ask your fellow Quality Standard Recipe Club members to vote for their favourite recipe, in the finest traditions of our best TV shows!

Once you have perfected your recipe, just fill in the online entry form and attach a photo of your star dish in all its glory. It is as easy as that!

The prize:

Dazzle with your culinary creativity and the lucky winner and a friend will experience a two night cooking extravaganza in a luxury English castle. As part of the winner's stay, you will be taught to refine your cooking skills by top celebrity chef Rosemary Shrager. Plus your recipe will be professionally photographed.
