Baby clams with chilli & spaghetti

Baby clams with chilli & spaghetti

A delicious, fishy, pasta dish - perfect for all the family

  • Preparation: 10 mins
  • Cooking: 10 mins
  • Serves: 2

What you need:

  • 250g John West baby clams, drained and juice reserved
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1 red chilli, deseeded and chopped
  • 3 tbsp shredded basil
  • 200g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Splash white wine
  • 110g spaghetti, cooked to al dente

What you do:

  1. Saute the garlic in the olive oil
  2. Add the chilli, basil, tomatoes and white wine and cook until reduced
  3. Stir in the baby clams and season to taste
  4. Toss the mixture with the cooked spaghetti and serve immediately

Cook's tip:
